Oceanco 701, 702, 703 and further
Oceanco 701, 702, 703 and followingIn 2006 Oceanco delivered her first 80-meter yacht with yard code 701. The sister yacht (702) was delivered during the summer of 2007. These yachts are an important role model for the yachting industry because of length, design and also because of the Lloyd’s approved integrated bridge systems. The integrated bridge systems are delivered and installed by Alewijnse and SAM Electronics. The Alewijnse alarm & monitoring system is integrated within the SAM-NACOS bridge system. There are seven workstations: two SAM – Nacos workstations, one multipurpose conning display and four Alewijnse multipurpose workstations. This combination of electrical monitoring and navigation is one of the best examples of complete system integration and was recommended by Lloyd’s register (see Lloyd’s publication in “Super Yacht Industry” 09 2006.) As we are familiair with different systems , Alewijnse can take the lead in system integration, including providing the best suitable navigation equipment.
